M&A Team Creation and Empowerment

The M&A of three companies spanning US, Belgium, Serbia, and India I formed one Product Management team, united the $59M portfolio under a central customer/ market strategy and streamlined operations. Defined structures, risk management strategies, SDLC, and Agile processes ensured the department secured ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and FedRamp certifications.

Agile Transformation

Through Agile transformation that included structure definition, feedback loops, and quality control, defects reduced by 50%. Achieved on time and under budget release. Secured 5% subscription increase and improved NPS score..

A startup struggled to grow beyond; missed deliverables and quality plagued product success. The startup, "All hands on deck" approach to push through work no longer worked due to the number of customers, feature requests, defects, and time constraints.

The Exec, product, and engineering team with no understanding or exposure Agile locked onto the methodology as the cure and floundered. As a CSP and PMI-ACP, I structured and led a customer focused Agile transformation. I championed rolling out new process, set standards of quality, secured releases to the Salesforce marketplace.

Million Dollar Design Thinking Innovation

At a B2C, the main client and the SAAS company reached an impasse. To spur innovation, I directed a design thinking exercise to produce an innovative feature that enabled the company to attain a contract worth a third of annual revenue, generate $1.3M savings, reduce time on task from 20 minutes to 42 seconds, and reduced 80% of support calls.

ROI with Incremental Development

Secured a $11M contract and secured 10% increase in customer base in 4 months via a strategic beta launch.

A major client indicated refusal to resign million-dollar contract and new customers demanded product innovations. My team’s research revealed that 75% of potential new customers would sign after the implementation the innovative product. Releasing a new product would introduce risks of customers requiring further testing, review, compliance that would lengthen time to market and expose the product to disruption.

Leading a review by Architecture, Engineering, and Product led to a discovery of a way to improve infrastructure incrementally vs. iterative. Further customer interviews revealed the feature implementation priority. A fast-tracked beta release validated the value of the priority feature set.
